What is the quality of the vintage items?
In the world of vintage, every piece has its own history, and the condition can vary from item to item.
To make things easy we grade each vintage piece based on its overall condition.
Please note: Every item on our website will have its grade clearly listed in the product description, so you'll always know what to expect before purchasing.
Grade A - Excellent Condition
Our highest grade. The majority of our pieces will be Grade A. These items are in excellent vintage condition with little to no noticeable signs of wear. They may be in like-new condition. Or they may have minor signs of age consistent with being vintage, but nothing that takes away from the overall look or wearability of the piece.
Grade A/B - Very Good Condition
Grade A/B pieces are in very good condition with some minor signs of previous wear. This may include slight fading, minor marks or small imperfections consistent with the age of the garment. Nothing significant, and the piece remains in great wearable condition.
Grade B - Good Condition
Pieces show more noticeable signs of wear but remain in good, wearable condition. This may include visible fading, marks, wear to fabric of minor imperfections. Any notable flaws will always be mentioned in the individual product description.
What sizes do you stock?
Our vintage pieces come in a wide range of sizes, from smaller to larger fits.
Sizes range from XS to XXL, with sizing varying between individual pieces, brands, eras and styles.
As vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing, we don't rely solely on the size shown on the original label.
We will, however, have every piece individually measured, with measurements provided in the product description to help you find your best fit!
Where do you source your pieces?
Our products are sourced from all around the world!
We source both locally and globally, hoping to find unique, quality pieces with lots of character.
We have carefully selected our sourcing partners to ensure our products are always of high quality.
When will I get my order?
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, so you can follow your parcel along the way.
For Australian orders, delivery generally takes 2-6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery service.
Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary during busy periods, weekends and public holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia, so you'll always know the delivery cost before completing your order.
Standard shipping: $10.00 AUD.
Express shipping: $15.00 AUD.
Free shipping on orders over $150.00 AUD.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase!
We aim to be as transparent as possible about all the details of each vintage piece, including condition, sizing, measurements and any noticeable imperfections.
That being said, our pieces are vintage and one-of-one. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
